
Meditation, A Joyous Practice
Meditation’s nature promotes wellness and joy! It is the most ancient practice to access Divine guidance and promotes physical, emotional and mental healing. Contrary to some beliefs, meditation is first nature to every human being. It is the epitome of ease, spaciousness and effortlessness. People unconsciously (not aware they are doing it) meditate all the time. Conscious meditation is the deliberate application and relaxing into a mindful awareness of Grace and Providence.
They’re are many was to meditate, moving meditation, stillness meditation, guided meditation, visioning, mantras, activations and more. Subtle in their differences all meditation allows us to transcend the surface mind and avail to a state of ease and inspiration.
In a beautiful and loving environment we will explore and practice various types of sacred meditation, and focus on the central principles of centering and expanded awareness. This class is for anyone from beginner to master, lovingly designed to meet you where you’re at, and lift you into an even more heavenly experience of joy.
This class will meet for four consecutive weeks beginning Wednesday May 9th. From 6:30-8:45pm

Copies of books available for purchase on the first day of class.
We will meet in the upstairs conference room of Suite 280 at 23 Corporate Plaza, Newport Beach
