Hi, I’m Donovan Green – the personal trainer to Dr.Oz, author of No Excuses Fitness, motivational speaker, and founder of Chair Workouts.
Welcome to our Healthy Soul program, designed exclusively for Soul Center OC, you will get plenty of information here, including tips about the best amazon ankle brace to get!
I know you are excited to get started with working out, but I believe that nothing good will happen if you do not take the time to learn all of the fundamentals of getting fit, and I am here to teach you just that.
This is a life changing program, and I am more than prepared to arm you with the right ammunition to move you forward. All you have to do is want it bad enough!
Many times, the only way to improve our lives is to force ourselves to undergo difficult changes. That might mean breaking up and leaving an old – but comfortable – relationship, leaving a mediocre – but stable – job, moving away from an excellent – but uninspiring – location, or anything else that’s holding us back from accomplishing our dreams.
You can never build a house, fly a plane, or play an instrument properly if you do not learn the fundamentals or change old habits to introduce new and better habits into your life.
I want you to take a second to think about yourself. Who are you? Are you where you wish to be in your life? Do you love yourself? Are you Happy? What are you missing in your life? Who is the most important person to you? Why are you doing this? Why do you need to do this?
Our Healthy Soul program will inspire and motivate you to stop making excuses and start making progress. We will not be using any expensive gym equipment to get fit. The only tool you will need is a basic yet sturdy chair and some light dumbbells. Moreover, if that does not WOW! You, then I am sure that this will: All I am asking for is no more than 20 minutes a day for 30 days to improve your mind, body, and spirit through simple yet effective exercises that can accomplished anywhere. If you cannot give yourself 20 minutes or less then we need to talk ASAP.
We will meet once per week for 1 hour to do LIVE workout and talk about things going on in your life with the hopes of finding solutions to improve your present situation. I believe that nothing good can or will happen if you do not have a strong support team behind, next to, and in front of you. I will also share some great vegan based recipes, workout videos, live chats, and happily, answer all of your questions in our private Facebook group.
